Power on
ExiStation™ FA 96/384 This Step covers basic instrument setting requirements for ExiStation™ FA 96/384.
Turn the power switch and button. Prep are Extraction kits and PCR kits. -
Load the
Extraction kits and
PCR kits Open the PCR tubes, and load both extraction kits and PCR kits on the right position. Select the test, and the instrument calls the appropriate protocols in the memories. -
Sample Tube loading Load the sample tubes. The instrument opens the tubes, transfers the samples, and closes the tubes automatedly.

Start
ExiStation™ FA 96/384 Set the test and touch ‘START’ button on the screen. Then, the instrument initiates the nucleic acid extraction, subsequently transfers the extracted nucleic acid into the PCR reaction plate, and performs the Real-Time PCR. -
Result analysis After the processes, the graphs and the test results pop-up on the screen.
