Decontamination

Clean the inner surface, Contamination shield, and Tip protector with 70% Ethanol to prevent contamination. Irradiate the inside of the extractor with UV light.

Sample Preparation To Go

Follow the guide for sample preparation before the extraction step.
Note, Do not reuse the pretreated sample again.

Assign information in Software

Enter the information in software, for example, a diagnostic kit, an extraction kit, patient information, etc.

Preparation for Extraction Step

Prepare all needed materials, for example, Cartridges, Disposable filter tips, Waste tray, Sample loading tubes, Premix, etc. Load controls and specimens in sample loading tube. Place all materials in their designated place and Operate an extractor.

Vortex and Spin-down – ExiSpin

Seal the extracted premixes and conduct ExiSpin™ to mix the eluent and reagents well after finishing the Extraction step.

Amplification of DNA/RNA extraction – Exicycler™ 96

Run Exicycler™ 96 for amplifying DNA/RNA extraction with software.
It displays the amplification of specimens in real-time.

Analysis specimens’ result

The software analyzes the result of the specimen automatically. It makes data analysis easy and convenient.
